"This is a neat washer dryer, with lots of functions / options, and appears to be well made. Easy to fit, and comes with the hinges for the door too (which the specification isn’t clear about). Drying seems to take a long time, but the result is OK ... unless you have a very long time, best to think of it as a pre-dry before airing to finish. I purchased this model because it was “super-quiet” - it’s probably quieter than most, but certainly not “super-quiet” (expect to listen to the spin cycle, and experience the usual washing machine knock-knock-knock ... noises). The AO delivery team was very good - happy to bring the machine into the kitchen for me. Overall I’m happy with my choice. "

"I needed to replace by old washer/dryer immediately so went onto the AO site. I chose a Beko as it stated it was quiet wehen in operation. It was easy to order and arrange delivery, the site was very intuitive and the information that i needed was there where I expected it to be, and I was surprised that the machine could be delivered and connected in the same week I ordered it plus the old machine would be taken away at the same time. Making the whole process stress free. I would definitely recommend using AO to my friends and would definitely use them in the future"
