"The machine is good, fairly quiet most of the time (sometimes a bit noisy while spinning), washes well and dryer is good for a combination washer-dryer. However, I would give a massive warning not to use the AO installation service! A valve was left disconnected and leaking and has caused water damage to our floor; AO were useless in fixing the leak (we had to sort it ourselves or wait 2 weeks for someone to fix the leak) and have refused to accept liability for the damage after months of going through their claims process. Terrible service."
"It's small, quiet and seems to wash and dry effectively. It fit perfectly in our tiny kitchen and allows us to wash and dry all at once. Its a great solution for small spaces. You'll only need to connect a cold-water supply as it heats the water if needed.
The water supply hose included (only one is needed) was too short to reach my supply. It was about 1.5 meters. The transport screws are very difficult to remove. It takes a very long time to do a full wash and dry, often more than 5 hours! "

"The washer had useful programmes, such as long washes, short washes and the temperature and spin speed could be altered for both unlike some makes. The downfalls were that the washer shook a lot which was an issue being on the end unit rather than sandwiched between two cupboards. It has a smallish drum and would not dry very well, it would crease clothes terribly on the dry cycles. The door hinges are not very sturdily mounted and there is too much flex of their mounting on the sheet steel front of the machine and so the cupboard door does not hang so accurately. Would not buy another."

"Great value washer dryer that has a variety of shorter, longer and eco washes up to 90 degrees with even a quick daily wash which allows you to get your items washed in just 14 minutes. The dryer is really efficient and dries your clothes rather than just making them warm and clammy! Easy to operate and quiet when running, I would recommend this product"
