"Very pleased with the combi oven from Samsung. It is very easy to use and switch between functions. My only criticism is that there are two trays; one for the oven and one for the microwave, meaning if you want to use the oven you need to take out the microwave tray and put the oven tray in. It would have been more user friendly to have one tray that could be used for the oven and the microwave. "

"I love it - it is spacious inside and it comes with a plug so it doesn't need to be hard wired. It is slightly over complicated to use, as is often the case now a days, but most features can be figured out by trial and error. A slight disappointment is that you have to keep changing trays depending on whether you use the oven or microwave - my previous Neff combination microwave had one tray that worked for both. The other negative is that controls are not backlit, and are very difficult to see, as other reviewers have also mentioned. Despite all of this, it is a superb combination microwave oven, and I prefer using dials to using digital controls, so this was genuinely the best unit I could locate after a lot of research. I purchased a separate oven shelf, as it only comes with two baking trays. "

"Fitted easily enough. Bit of a pain swapping microwave trays and cooking trays but not a unique problem. Display as noted by other users is difficult in low light. Instruction manual although thick and good quality print is not straight forward. Familiarisation will help over time. Still happy with product overall"

"If you require a clock in your kitchen, this is the one for you, no other items are apparant!
The ten pressure sensitive function buttons you need to operate this unit are not visible in normal day light.
The video shown was filmed with illumination, and accordingly looks first class; unfortunitly I'm not in the kitchen with a torch on my head.
I'm sure the unit will cook just fine, however it's just like getting your new car delivered without a stearing wheel. It's certainly a source of hilarity at parties and not a gold star for Samsung."

"Having read that it was difficult to read the controls, we thought that these comments are often exaggerated. Sadly they were understated. One presses the controls by memory. Would probably have bought another make in hindsight.
The product operates well. However if they can highlights the product name clearly there is no reason not to adopt the same graphics for the controls"
