"Bought this as we needed a bigger fridge freezer glad we did its great and water dispenser is an added bonus for the kids to help them drink more water would Highley recommend this to any family freezer is huge and so is fridge capacity and the price was super cheap exceptional build quality with robust handles "

"Both the fridge and freezer sections are large, and the freezer is certainly about the biggest I could find in this price range, hence 2 stars.
However the quality of the outer surface is very poor and scratches extremely easily. You will be lucky to get it unpacked without there being some damage to the surface, and cleaning it without leaving small scratches is close to impossible.
While I don't expect a high end product at this price point, it is not unreasonable to expect the surface to stand up to regular cleaning.
Beko's own advice on cleaning it when I asked them was this:
"We advise to use warm soapy water and a soft cloth to clean. No abrasive products or clothes should be used."
I would also advise going for the version without the water cooler, which was £20 cheaper when I purchased it. Beside being even more difficult to clean than the rest of the the cabinet, the water dispenser has a tendency to dribble, either into the drip tray, or down the front of the freezer door. While this may not sound so bad, there is no way to remove the drip tray, and cleaning the freezer door will likely leave scratches."
