Only concern is drawer quality over long term , they just may crack, quite flimsy."

"This is a very good quality item for the money. The drawers have good and bad qualities, The good,to remove drawers they need to be pulled forward and then lifted to remove. The bad is that when the drawers are pulled open they need to be supported, otherwise they drop down at the front, quite alarmingly. It is extremely quiet in use, and for a frost free freezer holds a very large amount of product"

"Purchased this freezer on the weekend, it arrived very early on Monday morning, which was extremely timely. Unfortunately on one of the freezer drawer a crack was noted. Immediately customer service at Beko was advised of the problem. The customer service personnel (Ele**) was very efficient, patient and understanding a replacement door was ordered immediately no quibbles. The freezer is good value for money, just what we wanted fits perfectly in the garage."

"I like the Beko style, I already have a Beko fridge. Although it is quite large the drawers do not hold as much as I thought they would. For example my old freezer (which was much smaller in size) would hold 4 loaves of bread in a drawer with space around the sides for small items whereas this one will only hold 3. The drawers are quite deep though. It is quite noisy. I have my freezer in a kitchen diner where I spend most of my time. There is a constant whirring and droning noise that never stops, it can be really annoying. I am getting used to it though. The body work is quite thin, if fact it was already dented in the bottom corner at the back when it was delivered but it didn't seem to affect it in any way and it couldn't be seen so I kept it. I know I'm sounding a bit negative here but it really is a nice freezer with some large compartments. I am glad I bought it I just wish it was a little quieter."
