"If the flame goes out the gas is cut off automatically. Lighting up does not take long at all."

"Much less good than my 20 year old Smeg. It's annoying having to keep the knobs pressed down and sparking for a few seconds, whereas my old hob always lit with one spark. The design of the knobs is poor - the only mark to show which end is which is a small indent which should be marked with a colour to make it obvious. Also they are white, not black as in the photo."

"This is a nice gas hob, the only draw back for me is that the flat caps on top of each burner are rather lightweight, so slide off too easily when I'm wiping around after cooking."
