"This is only the second hob I’ve ever owened. The first lasted almost 30 years so when it came time to replace it I knew I needed something that would be reliable. With Neff being such a reputable brand it was the obvious choice. It looks nice in the kitchen and it works extremely well. Much better than my old one! I’m only annoyed I didn’t get a new one sooner. "

"I absolutely love this hob! It's modern, stylish and has a lovely stainless steel finish. The quality is superb! I particularly like the cast iron pan supports, they're strong and sturdy, able to withstand the heaviest of pans. However they are a little tricky to keep clean. The dials which control the gas burners feel strong and are easy to use. The automatic ignition function is brilliant. Overall I'd highly recommend this hob! "

"Overall satisfied with this hob - it matches our oven and extractor, easy fitting, and the gas powered heat is effective and consistent. The range of rings is appropriate for different cooking needs.
Only gripe with this - and seems to be commonplace across other gas hobs now - is that the stand is made from a rough metal which is a pain to keep clean as it’s impossible to scrub."

"I bought all NEFF products- double oven, hob and hood. A number of friend had products from NEFF and I believed it was a name associated with quality but not this product.
when cleaning, no matter what you use, the surface ends up scratched. This is only 2 weeks old but already looks worse than my 13 year old Belling hob.
Go back after 5 minutes and it looks dirty again.
The cast iron supports are the same, get any mark or cooking stain on them and they do not look as good again.
The gas covers fall off any time you touch the hob.
I went to register the products but when my builder installed these he inadvertently through out the product sheets. I contacted NEFF customer service with regards to this. They directed me to Registration, surely that is the job of customer service. Now i have to start over again.
