"This was a replacement for a warming drawer we got as part of a new kitchen 5 years ago and the element had gone after light use and cost of repair was £400.
The replacement doesn't match the existing units although in the same style and the NEFF logo bizarrely is silver instead of black.
I'm sure the drawer itself will be as useful but hope it lasts longer than the last one!"
