"This was a simple install. Plugs into a regular socket outlet. Well worth getting the larger size warming drawer. It means we can use it for serving bowls as well as for raising bread dough.
It has clean lines and would blend in with most stainless steel or black glass units. "

"Lovely looking, very useful product to start with, perfect service from AO.com BUT please read the dreadful reviews on NEFF's own website before considering this product. I purchased my warming draw just 3 years ago and it has stopped working. Like nearly every comment, not only on NEFF, but Bosch and Siemens own website review pages (they are the exact same units re branded) after 2-3 years the draw fails with the same problem. NEFF customer service is dreadful and tried to say it's not a common issue (despite so many identical comments across ALL of their warming draw models and linked brands NEFF, Bosch and Siemens) they are not interested unless you pay £200+ for an engineer call out to fix it, many of these end up failing again throwing good money after bad. Please have a quick look for yourself before buying - or you'll be back here again in a couple of years!"
