"Please read my enthusiasm with a grain of salt, as we've only had the hob for a few days. But, we cook a lot and were slightly skeptical that induction had been a good decision. We had nothing to fear. This hob is great.
Not having a flame does take some getting used to, as we like to look at it to gauge "temperature", but other than that, this hob responds like using a gas one. Heats up quickly if we want to and shuts of the heat instantly.
We've already had a few spills from over boiling, and the whole thing shuts down, and lets you easily wipe the mess. The bridge function is also quite nice and immediately useful.
If I had to criticize something, I'd say the lower numbers seem too granular ... meaning, I found the useful range start around 5-6. But this could also be due to our pots and pans not being induction only and having mixed materials.
We are also terrified and resigned to eventually scratching the surface, but it is a surface to use, not to look at. So far, though, not a scratch.
Again, we haven't had months with it, but coming from gas, this has been a brilliant replacement."

"Having read many reviews and recommendation before deciding on this purchase. This Bosch oven heat up to desire temperature very fast and the set temperature is very close to the actual. The 4D air flow provide very even temperature through most of the cavity. Overall a very good product and value for money."
