"Overall product is fine, but a little disappointed AO or Bosch themselves did not make it clear that this item is not plugged nor even supplied with one. I have a Electrician I can call on, and not straight forward to swap item over. Slightly higher that 13amp so needed spur to assure fuse didn't blow at some time in the future. Note to AO: If you make your customer aware of this, you are more likely to get customer take up your install offer."

"I use this alot for the oven & microwave. Dial can be a bit sticky but just wet your finger & then turn it & it's fine. Easy to clean, just needs a wipe down with a bit of soapy water & maybe a scourer pad. "

"Easy to use, heats up to set temperature very quickly. Nice even heat distribution, feels very solid and well made. Typically a BOSCH I guess!"
