We had this model before and liked the quite washing cycle and being able to wash and dry towels on a 60 degree setting within 4 hours is very useful.
Our original model didn't last a year before the first fault and after 3 faults within 2 years, we decided to get rid of it. The policy we had to repair the machine is poor and it took the engineer four days to come out then told us he didn't have the part we needed and it would take a further week to get the part to come back and fix it.
We only reordered this machine again because we were desperate as no other company or product could have been delivered within a few days so thought we would give this machine another try but we are still waiting a week later after its delivery for the engineer to come and fix the buttons.
Not a happy customer with either the quality of the product or the service we have had."
