"Much as we like the oven, the main concern is with the door, firstly it is deeper than we thought making it difficult to reach inside. I emphasise though we are both not 6ft 2in with long arms! More of a concern are the two pointed lugs at each end that connect to close the door. You have to be careful that you don't get cut of bruised arms. I would have thought Neff would have created something safer."

"As the title says you need to remember this. The heat types comes up first and there are a few extra steps to take to get to the microwave setting. All works perfectly though. Great small oven. "

"First time I have used AO and i would not go anywhere else now.
Instantly I received a message confirming my order followed by further calls updating me about my delivery. 10 minutes prior to delivery the driver called me to let me know he was on his way. Perfect customer service from start to finish! Well done AO!"
