"It's alright as an oven - it cooks food as would expect it to, and it has the features you would expect it to, so there's no reason not to buy it.
Having had an earlier incarnation of this microwave-oven, I am saddened that the design has gone downhill and this one is not quite as user-friendly as the one it is replacing.
The clock is too small for my taste, it has a soft-close hinge whereas I want to get the door closed as quickly as possible, the timers etc are not as easy to set... it counts up slowly in seconds, then races ahead faster than I can stop it so then I have to reverse the time back... the alarm is more of a slightly irritating electronic jingle than something that's going to get your attention if you're away from the kitchen or listening to music... pity really...
oh, and NEFF are no longer including the rack that sits inside the universal tray, so that's extra.
It has a nice light. Also, unlike its predecessor, if you are running the oven and open/close the door, you no longer have to press start again. So that's a plus.
Importantly, it is not as deep as one of its competitors (despite the measurements being listed as the same). That was the determining factor (as well as it being pretty much the only one available at the price point) in our purchasing decision."

"We were looking for a multifunctional top oven for our new kitchen and this matched perfectly with our NEFF B57CR22N0B_SS single oven which we also purchased with AO.
I have been using this combi oven for a few weeks now - it is easy to use and have multiple preset functions which we are also using. Just bear in mind that this is a convention microwave and you need to be a little bit more weary of hot spots after microwaving as it does not turn like a conventional microwave. Also it does not like microwave popcorn - this is my only bug bear so far! :) There are 2 prones that stick out on the oven door as you pull it down, might be a little bit hazardous for people who are a bit shorter than I am - but there are so many positives outweighing the negatives to this combi oven. Would definitely recommend - the things above are just things I would have liked to have considered when I was buying. As expensive purchase, but worth the money in my eyes for the options it gives you."

"Exactly what we were after, good quality, well built and nice looking product that fits in beautifully in our kitchen. Easy installation and set up with user friendly instructions and display panel. I would recommend. "
