"To be honest the build quality is below what I expected and Neff have not returned the 3 calls I have been promised by their call centre. I have installed the unit as I needed a microwave, but the rubber sealant is slightly misaligned and the door incredibly tight (it rubs when closing). I simply wanted Neff to let me know if this normal as returning would be a pain.
In operation the unit is great and it all works well and pretty much as expected, however, I hate to say it, but my heart sank a little as the German engineered product I purchased actually had a "Made in the UK" label on the box and sadly the build quality isn't what I expected... "
