"I've always had Panasonic microwaves, this is probably our 4th or 5th one in 30 years. I like the flat touch control panel as you don't end up with dirt and food particles around buttons. This is the first flatbed microwave we've had though and first 1000w one too. I was thinking it might cook food a bit quicker than the 800w one we had previously. What I do notice is that it seems to cook from the bottom up, so if I'm trying to melt cheese on top of something, it takes a bit longer. This isn't a problem, but be aware when heating things like pasta sauces in pots that they can get a bit more violent and jump around, so make sure they are covered! Cooking however seems very even despite no rotation, and so far I'm very happy. An additional useful aspect is that this microwave is set slightly higher off the kitchen surface and so if you have a plate in front, the door clears it nicely, and I find that s useful feature in a medium sized kitchen. "

"I know having to change a kitchen appliance isn't the most interesting of purchases any of us will need to undertake however I'm really impressed with our new microwave. It is simple and intuitive to use along with being very easy to clean as its as flatbed oven meaning the plate or dish you wish to heat or cook remains static while the microwave inverter technology does all the work. The overall build quality is excellent and the stainless steel finish along with touch button controls looks sleek and modern in the kitchen environment.
I did my research looking for function, power, build quality and durability and for me, this model came out on top. "

"this MW is well known to all our family, we have no complaints, does just what you ask of it. We have three now. So easy to clean and I recommend it "

"Not quite supersonic but it is a good product - a tad more expensive than its rivals for some reason. Shame about the internal light though, it's so dim."

"I've had this for a couple of weeks now and it seems to do everything I want form a microwave. I like the flatbed - it means that cleaning the microwavve is easier. having a flatbed doesn't necessarily mean more space inside as I think they just moved the turntable to under the unit and mounted the microwave emitter on it - but this is only a minor point. At 1000w it heats everything up in a speedy fashion.
I'm really happy with it"
