"This unit is let down by a noisy fan / mount. My 10 year old microwave was much quieter. It seems the power supply fan is directly mounted to the rear of the metal chassis which transmits and amplifies the noise and vibration of the fan. Pressing on the side or rear where the fan is mounted reduces the noise. This is a very poor part of the design which sadly spoils what should be a top rated microwave."

"We bought our first Panasonic microwave nearly two years ago . We loved the flatbed, no turntable design that allowed better use of the space inside and we were very happy with the performance until a few weeks ago when we noticed that it was taking twice the time to heat things up and getting slower every day. The guarantee had expired but we were so pleased with the first one that we decided to buy a second Panasonic NN-SF464MBQ again and this time extend the guarantee period. This microwave is very good value for money and performs brilliantly , what more can I say?"
