"It was easy to use their wedsite i am not a tec nurd but i found ordering my product very easy you were able to have the product delivered on the day you wanted. The delivery drivers were very good they delivered the product the time they said they were going to and they rang and said they were going to be 15 minutes and they were. the product works perfectly and is exactly what i wanted. "Purchasing and delivery process are great, friendly helpful delivery service. I decided not to pay the installation fee and hire local, only £6 less, as I had to purchase the connection pipe and chain, not included. The oven looks good, the knobs and handles have a sort of brushed silver plastic look and feel close up, not the metal I was expecting. I should have paid a bit more attention to the description, but I went off the ratings and to be fair it work well, I’m just adjusting from an electric fan over to a gas oven."
