"AO delivered this cooker on time and were good. Delivery guys were communicative and their time schedule was correct.
Cooker arrived with a broken clock so no stars to Rangemaster for the QA on that. Repair booked direct with RM and explained the issue. Woman on phone said "Sounds like the clock is broken and you need a new one". Wait 10 days for the repairman who turns up, looks at it, says "You need a new clock. Don't have one". Grrr! I *knew* that, I tols *you* that! Wait another 10 days...
As for the cooker, the grill is pants. Has flames on it that are about 1.5cm long and it takes about 20 minutes to grill a bit of toast. Rest of it seems ok so far but really Rangemaster, an expensive cooker like this and you ship it out broken and then take nearly a month to repair it? Where was your QA dept? I do hope they did a better job on the gas portion of the cooker than they did on the clock!"

"Small cooker but powerful and very easy to use, oven heats up in seconds, so much better than an electric oven which is what I had before.
Rangemaster are a deservedly good quality make and this cooker looks and behaves like a class act. "

"Very disappointed in this cooker. There is no timer on the cooker only a clock, when igniting the bottom oven it often goes out unless you hold the ignition button for some time which is also very quiet so you end up bending down to check it is lit. Nowhere to hang your oven gloves. I expected better from Rangemaster!"
