"The oven shelves do not reach the end of the supports meaning that they are not aligned with the catalytic plates in the main oven which are supposed the ease cleaning.In the top oven/grill the grill pan does not reach the end of the grill meaning that this end grills fresh air whilst the food at the front end is not cooked at all!
I tried to contact rangemaster by phone but was cut off at every option!!
I e-mailed and was eventually given another number to ring which was also useless.
A good company selling a premium product should have arranged for the appropriate person to contact me not expect me to search the company for the right person to answer a genuine query"
