GRILL and top oven are VERY WEAK.
Ignition is difficult

"Nice cooker simple design but the door catch for the oven had fallen off before the cooker was installed. Took 5 days for a service engineer. BUT it's a lovely cooker seems well made and I now know how to repair the door catch a common problem.
The gas hob has good control from very low to high.
Looks good and cleans well.
Time will tell. "

"Having paid a significant premium over apparently very similar cookers from other manufacturers I was sadly very disappointed. This cooker looks good, very good, but it is superficial.
1. The control knobs "wobble" making them feel flimsy - never had that before.
2. The grill pan has fairly sharp edges - not sure how this squares with Health & Safety.
3. The griddle does not sit securely on the designated pan support - wrote to the manufacturer's about this - they didn't even bother to reply.
4. After only a couple of weeks the enamelled burner caps are showing unremovable stains - this never happened with the cast caps on my previous cooker, even after several years.
5. Prolonged use of the grill requires a separate "heat deflector" to be fitted - presumeably to prevent the control knobs melting.
6. The controls have to be held in the "sparking" position for a very long time before the flame will stay lit once the knob is released, especially for both ovens.
7. Even the clock gains a few minutes per week - who ever heard of an inaccurate digital clock nowadays - was i unlucky or is it a cheap component.
In short this cooker represents poor value for money - I would expect equal or better overall quality from a much cheaper model."

"Excellent cooker, great quality, well built and more importantly great for cooking, nice to have a 2nd oven/grill rather than just a separate grill like many other cookers, both caverty's have good heat balance that helps with cooking consistency, would recommend!"

"Happy with the oven and design in particular. A bit disappointed with the gas oven as it doesn't hit as well as my previous electric one, I believe this may be not relevant to this particular product."
