"I cannot for the life of me keep the grill on, which is set so far back you have to bend double to see. The hob controls have to be set exactly on a black line, or they turn off. The most awful cooker I have ever known."

"Very happy with my purchase, only knocked it down by one star due to the fact you have use a heat gaurd if your going to grill for more than 15 mins however I did know this before I bought having read other reviews. It looks really nice in the kitchen and seems well made. It is easy to use and it appears to cook evenly and at temperature. I am very happy! "

"Our new cooker looks great and works very well as it heats up quickly and cooks efficiently.
The only problem was that it arrived with a scuff mark on the hob - cosmetic damage to the enamel which is a shame when you buy a new item and it’s not perfect. There was no follow up call to make sure we were happy and we didn’t know how to let AO know and see if anything could be done so disappointed. "
