"This cooker is not not a genuine Range master.
The cooker is made in Turkey, it is not quality checked by Range master.
the product is not repaired by Range Master but Pacifica (Who to be fair are very helpful).
I have called Rangemaster and they refuse to speak to me about the product as they dont deal with 600mm products.
I am now in the process of of getting a full refund, i paid a lot for this cooker and it is very cheaply put together. Plastic knobs, paint coming of the cooker, 8 overall faults in 6 months. I have had constant faults with both ovens and grill.
I brought this cooker thinking it would be of a high quality, especially paying the higher price.
They call this the Professional plus.... It simply isn't.
If I could have given less than 1 star, i would have done.

"Definitely made the right choice on this cooker, good quality and build, can’t stop looking at it, good ovens and burners, best feature by far is the removable cast iron griddle which is brilliant."

"all points covered with this stove, 4 instant gas jets that ignite instantly, gas oven no waiting around for 15 minutes till it heats and the hob is a winner.
very pleased only criticism is the degress of heat for oven use old 1-9 system not degrees C."
