"The product a a Samsung microwave arrived on time as promised . On unpacking undamaged packaging and using for the first time i noticed the oven was lower on the left hand side. On further inspection after turning it upside down i discovered the base was crushed inwards. I contacted AO customer services who informed me as the oven had been used they could do nothing about it, when asked what i should do. next i was informed they could not say in case they gave me wrong information. I feel very let down by a large retailer washing their hands of a problem once it has been used. I will not be purchasing any more products from AO in future this is an example of customer service"
