"Our fridge freezer stopped working during lockdown but luckily it was AO to the rescue!
It’s a lovely looking fridge and more roomy than I expected. It was easy to set up and works brilliantly as our old one would freeze items at the back. Only gripe is fingerprints show up easily ???????.
AO were brilliant and delivered within the times stated all socially distanced. Customer service was 5*. "

"As I was unable to go and look instore to choose one, I had to chance ordering one online. Sadly, it isn't quite as I expected. It says 50/50, but the fridge is definitely bigger than the freezer (which I needed the most.) The middle shelf on the door, is far too shallow, and I've had a couple of bottles fall out already when opening the door. It is quite noisy as fridge-freezers go. The freezer drawers do feel a bit thin, I hope they last! Last thing... I wanted black to go with my other kitchen appliances, but it is quite a dull matte finish, in fact when the sun shines on it, it's brown! I guess during a lock down we've got to be thankful for what we can get!. "

"Lovely looking fridge freezer and looks great in the kitchen. The black colour looks very smart. I was surprised how much room there was, both in the fridge and the freezer which doesn't have the very small drawer at the bottom like a lot of freezers. Overall a good looking item."

"This is the second Hoover freezer I have had, I really like that there is plenty of room for all my shopping and room to stock up for rainy days.
I batch cook all my meals and having clear drawer fronts in the freezer makes finding thing easy.
There are plenty of shelves in the fridge for me to store everything with space around for the air to circulate.
The shelves in the door are also very spacious.

"When our fridge stopped working I read the specification reports and reviews on a lot of brands and models and I picked a Hoover fridge freezer and we are very happy with our purchase, it's a lot quieter than our old fridge freezer and the fridge department keeps the food and drinks really cool, there's plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer, I highly recommend this model??"
