"Have only had the opportunity to use the hob once so far, cooking a large saucepan of soup and it took quite a while for the soup to reach the required temperature. Also concerned with the comment that only certain types of saucepan can be used!!"

"Have ordered Beko items before and always felt value for money but on this occasion very disappointed. The hob didn't work upon installation and I'm still waiting for Beko to fix it some two weeks later :("
