"Had this fridge freezer for a couple of weeks. Capacity is very big, (compared to my last one). Quality is excellent. It was a choice between the LG & this Samsung, i think i made correct decision. The big pull out drawer at the bottom was aesthetically nice to look at and works a treat. Overall, the black is gorgeous, but the stainless steel finish will be every bit as stunning depending on which one you choose. Very pleased & looks stunning with other black appliances in kitchen, but its certainly the centre piece. You won't be disappointed in this purchase.
Downside? Not a lot. Terrible fiddly instructions to understand the initial setup, but okay once understood. Ice dispenser, again just remembering to get a wide glass to catch the ice, but I'm being pernickety.

"Great looking kit, looks really impressive in the kitchen. Sometimes the crushed ice option is a bit demonic and spits out onto the floor. Loads of space in the fridge, and easy to access everything in the freezer. "

"This attractive, cavernous and expensive fridge freezer has many excellent features which are detailed in other reviews. We purchased one of these models when the cooling system of our 10 year old Samsung American fridge freezer failed. After installation we noticed that the temperature display would only show if a button was pushed, which would cancel after a few seconds. We checked with Samsung to find this is normal. This unit holds lots of food. With a constant temperature display it is easy to see if the cooling system is misbehaving (and try to save the warming-up food). With no constant temperature display, you won't know about any cooling faults and risk having to throw away lots of food in a fault situation. Stupid design omission.. "
