"excellent design with a freezer drawer at the bottom rather than side by side fridge /freezer the ice maker is cleverly incorporated inside the fridge part so does not use up valuable freezer space easy twist filter change inside the fridge rather than outside the fridge and having to disconnect water pipes to and from it"

"Replaced our old American Fridge freezer after 17 years with a Samsung American Fridge Freezer. Delighted with our new Fridge Freezer, Love the style , its quiet, the colour and the mobility of it. My husband plumbed it in and it slid easily into place. it is easy to pull out for cleaning . "

"I want to write about the one aspect of this appliance that caused me some confusion and some wasted expense.
The connection of the water feed. The only thing you need is a 6mm connector that the fridge can connect into. You do do not need any extra pipe, connectors, adaptors or anything else, despite what it says in the manual."

"AO have been nothing but helpful from the start from dealing with Toni in sales to the customer service team when I had a query about delivery they have all been really professional and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The fridge is absolutely beautiful and the delivery men were very professional and helpful and took all the packaging away as requested. I would highly recommend AO to anyone and I have already told family and friends to use them. "
