The variosteam function keeps roasts moist on the inside and crispy on the outside, this was the very first thing i cooked in my oven and it was amazing. I can't wait for Christmas day to arrive to Cook the big Turkey dinner.
The oven is soooo much bigger than any other oven i have had and now don't have too worry about the size of Turkey i can get in it.
The Instruction manual is great for keeping you right and is an easy read, everything from frozen food to fresh food, preserving and drying out food also.
You will not be disappointed if you buy this oven and if you are then there's something wrong.
