"We've had no problems whatsoever until the other day when the side runner of the hide and slide door cracked which made it difficult to open and close the door. Went online to neffs spares page where its possible to buy every conceivable part for their products at realistic prices plus theres a complete visual brakedown for repairing their products. Ordered the part and received it within 2 days. Easily changed the runner and the door is like new. Cant understand some of the posts regarding taking the door off and cleaning the glass on the oven . Its a dawdle of a job. Plenty of you tube videos available"

"Easy to operate once familiarised with the manual. Quiet in operation and I particularly like the slide away oven door helping basting and ease of access. Early days but it is liked and good looking in situ. "

"Really couldn't recommend this product highly enough. I am quite petite and struggle with the length of my arms to reach safely into the oven to anything out, because of the door, but the slide and hide doors fix this problem in an instant. Although the controls look like they could run a space ship if you read the manual (instead of casting it aside like I normally do) it is actually a very simple oven to work. My favourite feature - aside from the slide and hide - is that it tells you how close to reaching temperature it is when you are warming it up."
