First class

"We purchased this fridge freezer in July & have been extremely pleased with it right from the start.

It is very spacious, in fact we’ve stopped using our chest freezer as this is ample for our needs.

Fresh food keeps beautifully.

Although it is an expensive appliance, it is well worth the money."

Surprised at how good it was

"For years I'd always bought the cheapest fridge/freezer possible as I never really appreciated what a more expensive appliance would do. Whilst doing my research for a fridge freezer for our new kitchen I came across this and another older Samsung model but I went with this one due to the Stainless Steel doors. I've been surprised at what a premium fridge freezer can do.

It looks great in my kitchen alongside my other stainless steel accessories, but unlike them it's easy to clean finger marks off the doors due to the smooth finish.

The first thing I noticed with regards to the food was how much longer milk was lasting in the fridge; it doesn't go off as quickly as it used to in my old fridge. The next thing I noticed was that I had to turn the fridge down as when defrosting things from frozen in there they weren't fully thawing out.

The freezer is very good, and I use the fast freeze function whether we unload our shopping or I put in cooked food to be frozen. I also like the ice cube tray and other plastic tray that ice cubes can be put into - it's such a great idea.

The space inside the fridge and freezer is massive. Even though it's a 70/30 split the freezer is much bigger than many with a 60/40 split due to the thin design of the walls.

Sometimes (but very rarely) the fan can get noisy but I find that turning it off and back on again fixes this.

I've used the vacation mode a couple of times and it works fine, along with the door alarm which will be useful now we have a little one on the way.

I'd recommend this Fridge Freezer to anyone and would recommend spending a little above your budget to get one. "

Good piece of kit

"In comparison to the previous equipment this is a very quiet machine. Attractive stainless finish looks good (no water dispenser to mar the front). The freezer fridge ratio is what I was looking for - and although bigger internally than my previous FF externally it is smaller - win win"

Samsung RB Combi Range RB38J7255SR 70/30

"We love this fridge freezer, only one little thing is the egg

tray does not have its own place to fit.

We only wish we had owned this fridge freezer years ago.

Very Good Fridge/Freezer

"The fridge/freezer is well made and both spaces are well sized. The freezer drawers are sturdy and very deep. The fridge runs very quietlycompared to my old Hotpint FFA97. The LED light gives a very even white light in the fridge compartment. The fridge drawers/shelves are of good quality and fit and are well spaced. A minor downside is the distance between the shelves on the fridge door, they are only marginally larger than a 330ml can thus it makes getting cans in/out awkward. All in all, it is a great fridge."

Needes a big gap all round

"Very pleased with the fridge freezer. The extra capacity of the freezer, over thicker walled ones, means that the draws are deeper than usual so things tend to get a buried.

It would help to know before ordering that it needs a 50mm gap at the back and both sides and the dimensions given don't include this. As its already deeper than the standard worktop it will stick out significantly if you are slotting it in between or at the end of a row of units. Its not obvious that it needs a gap at he back as its radiator is in the bottom, not on the back as with old fridges.

The rollers feet at the back are shorter than the lowest position for the front adjustable feet so if your floor is level then you need to add about 5 or 6mm of packing at he back or it will lean backwards by about 20mm or so. "
