"Bought this to replace my old fridge-freezer aiming to have increased capacity. I am shocked by how much larger this is than my old unit. The drawers are all smooth opening and feel strudy.
The freezer is free of ice and it reached the temperature pretty quickly once plugged in.
The unit was quite loud for 24 hours after being plugged in, and the sides hot to the touch. This settled down by itself, and the instructions say its normal. Something about removing condenstation.

"I was looking to replace a broken fridge with very specific dimensions without losing out on space. This one fit to the millimetre and has better capacity than the one we are replacing. It’s pretty annoying we have had to pay for an engineer to switch the door opening but AO.com were at least clear about that in the description. The cost is about 15% of the fridge but ad to be done..."
