"Very impressed with this appliance. Delivery was super quick the appliance arrived with a small mark on it and within 10 minutes i had received a call from the call centre and i was refunded £120. Cant ask for better than that. I will continue to use AO great service "

"This is a great product the only down side is that the water dispenser is difficult to remove. You can refill in situe but the self above prevents you tipping the jug fully"
