"The fridge/freezer looks very smart, plenty of flexible space within the fridge. I like the easy slide shelf, it's so much easier to see what's at the back of the shelf. The freezer is surprisingly roomy compared to our old one. The open door alarm is a useful feature and one of the things I particularly wanted. The shelf for drink cans in the door isn't that useful, a normal shelf would be more versatile."

"Had to replace my fridge due to a major fault on a Friday night. I picked out this model as it had a large capacity, water cooler and Samsung's 5 year warranty. AO were able to deliver that Sunday (for a small fee, take away my old fridge and set it up. I couldn't be happier with the product and the service. Regarding the service the 2 gents were outstanding, called me to let me know they were on their way, prompt and polite. Excellent"

The appliance itself is fantastic. Looks great being fitted with modern leds, fits in with our decor and is a nice size.
The water dispenser is great and easy to fill too.
Fast freeze mode meant I didn't have to wait long to fill up the freezer.
Huge amount of space, more than enough for a week's shopping for my family plus a little extra.
Very quiet appliance compared to my last one.
WARRANTY from Samsung seems very good but hopefully I'll never have to use it."
