"This machine broke down after 16 days engineer found two faults, including the "motherboard" breaking down. Instruction booklet was useless - not comprehensive at all. We have returned it and purchased from AO a Samsung ecobubble machine, which is great. Includes a 68 page manual! "

"Easy to use, good washing results and not noisy. Some of the washing programmes are a little too long for my use and could be shortened by at least 30mins. Overall thoroughly satisfied and would recommend."

"This would be great, if only the pre-set programs weren't so restrictive. The 30 mins at 30 degrees program sounds great - but the max spin speed is only 700, so useless for cottons. You have to hang around and set it to spin at a decent speed after it's finished. Other programmes aren't really suitable for, eg, a quick refresh of lightly soiled clothes. A cotton wash at 40C takes 158 minutes. The performance is good otherwise. It depends on your laundry routine of course, but this lack of flexibility is a major nuisance for me."
