"It's always a bit daunting to replace white goods when your used to your old ones especially when I had to buy a washing machine on line. I decided to buy a Zanussi its a nice neat looking machine washes ok with different spin speeds. I have two negative points hence the three stars most of the programmes are long a short wash doesn't give option to have the highest spin speed also there's no monitor to tell you how long the wash will take I assumed all machines have one it's useful if you have to go out to know how much longer until the programme finishes. "

"The washing machine is very easy to use and the different functions are self explanatory. So far I havent needed to open the user guide.
The delivery and installation was excellent and the drivers/installers were very friendly and professional ensuring the installation was completed quickly and efficiently "
"Very happy with my new washing machine. Especially like 30/30 and quick wash. The cotton wash is quicker than my last machine. Had a Zanussi a few years ago and lasted 9 years, so hoping this one will last quite a while. "
