"Bought to replace the exact same model where the rotary timer dial has finally failed after 3 years but which got erratic and hard to use after about 18 months use. Hotpoint wanted to charge £90 for the electronic dial/pcb(parts only!) making it uneconomic to repair. The microwave looks good, hope it lasts longer than the last one but have only given 3 stars for early product failure."
"The microwave was a bit awkward to fit as the old one had been hardwired in and sat on a plinth that needed removing. But it looks good and works fine. Not used the grill or likely to. Not sure why the identical Indesit model is £100 dearer."
