"Absolutely thrilled with this cooker, easy to use and keep clean, only disadvantage the grill pan has no handle, so you have to go back to Stoves to purchase one, which I think is a bit odd. Other than that delivered right on time, AO staff couldn’t have been more helpful 10/10 AO "
