"Bought this unit and worked ok for around a year. Washing was great, Drying was not brilliant and frequently we needed to do additional dry cycles. Then, just after a year so outside the manufacturers warranty, the dry cycle started crashing. At first we thought it was just an occasional error but then it happened more and more frequently. As it was outside the warranty, we have gone to other parties to get it fixed however the cost of repair (error code stated motherboard needed replacing) far outweight the cost of the unit. So after 16 months I need a new washer dryer. really disappointing. "

"As others have said already the wash cycles are too long with no quick wash facility. However it washes well.
The drier is on the other hand a bit of a waste of time. Clothes come out really hot but still damp even after they’ve been in for hours!!
Looks good build quality so far but doubt I would buy it again"

"Purchased this washer dryer after moving into a new house without space for a separate dryer.
Machine is nice and quiet and easy to use, and washes well. (Previous machine was also a Hotpoint).
One feature I do miss is a time delay function - really useful to put a load on to finish when I get home from work.
Also the dryer takes ages - 3 hours to dry bed linen. However I think this is an issue with most washer/dryers. "
