"I have washed one bath towel on two separate cotton cycles and both were left soaking wet. Two extra spin cycles are required to finish one wash. I would award 0 if it was possible. "

"The washer/dryer was a VERY reasonable price. Very impressed with the washing cycle. The drying cycle is ok....you can only do small loads at a time but it helps to ease the pressure in the winter of getting uniforms washed & dried quickly!
AO as a company have been fantastic. Brilliant communication & fitting service. Will def. use again in the future.
We have had a slight prop ken occur with the machine....water gathers in the seals after washing & drying. So much so that it does need to be wiped each time but Hotpoint are currently looking into this for me."

"This machine came with an orange like odour from inside the drum and left the washing with this smell rather than the fresh smell of clean laundry. Hopefully it's because the machine is new and will go away after more cycles. It is however very quiet but I would be happier with a louder alert sound when washing/drying is finished."

"This is not my 1st Hotpoint washer/dryer but my 1st intergraded one as other was freestanding. I am really pleased with this item easy to use instructions from the off & the wash cycle was quiet great spin on this at 1400 the , dryer use is thorough & quiet when in use had all clothes done in 40 mins straight to the ironing board I know I chose the best item so love it , looks good in my new kitchen tucked away. I stayed with Hotpoint as my old item lasted me 10 years best to stick with what you know best I say. I am pleased with the price of the item I got free delivery too. I not used A.O before but service was amazing I recommend A.O highly.???? "
