"Really happy with this machine, clothing comes out nearly dry after a wash with the tumble dryer function, which is great, not one load has comes out dripping and soggy. "

"Had this for just over a week so far and has worked really well, impressed by it's set of features. It's my first washer dryer so can't compare really but for washing it's much better than the previous washer it replaced. It's very easy to use and is quiet. There were a couple of error codes (entirely caused by me) by not turning the water on, and by blocking the waste pipe and it handled the issues fine and had an error description on the display."

"I was excited to get this machine however I am truly disappointed in it.
It doesn't clean my clothes very well, the cycles uptake a lifetime, everything comes out really creased no matter how big or small the load or the cycle. As for the dryer function....What a disappointment. It takes about 3-5 hours depending in programme. Even then the clothes still fell damp and have a funny smell to them! I am currently talking to ao and hotpoint as this machine was a lot if money for something that uses a lot of energy. It's noise is a lot too. Constantly making a pumping noise when drying. I wouldn't buy this machine again"

"Good machine, runs quietly, Good short wash. So far so good. Haven’t tested drying yet. Be warned, it beeps when you press any button and beeps when it starts and stops; and there is no facility to turn the beeps off. If this annoys you, as it does me, avoid"
