"I cannot fault the service I received from AO. Com from ordering, delivering and taking away my old drier. It was first class.
My only criticism has nothing to do with AO. Com but with Hotpoint. The venting hose that came with the machine was rubbish. It was metal and would not retract. I ended up buying another hose and putting the other one in the recycling. I will mention it to Hotpoint."

"Was a great item , fits in perfectly with the kitchen , quiet and economical. The only down side is it came with a metal outlet hose which is supposed to be flexible and wasn’t really it had to be altered a good bit before it fit . Also the guys at AO are amazing from first click to delivery. The delivery guys were very efficient and friendly."
