"I initially ordered a vented tumble dryer as it was going to go in the garage. I later decided to have it in the house, so I contacted ao and said I had changed my mind. As I decided to have the dryer indoors, I wanted to exchange it for a condenser dryer. The call handler was extremely helpful, and reassured me I could change it. The order was completed in no time, and I had the new dryer the next day, and the delivery men wrapped up the first dryer and took it away.
So convinced with the service, I have recommended ao to family members who have already placed orders. Well done ao.com."

"Have been using this tumble drier for a week now and can’t find fault with it. Clothes come out dry and not tangled. What more can you ask for? Even dried our sofa covers which are a heaven material. Haven’t tried the shoe drying attachment, but that’s a great looking innovation. "
