"I bought this to replace my broken induction hob. It looks good and works really well. A really good hob at a fraction of the price of most other hobs. There are only two negatives, locking the hob is needlessly harder than it needs to be and what isn't mentioned is that you need a partition shelf putting in if you are fitting the hob above a drawer!!"

"This hob works well but it work much better if you put a lid on the pans. If you put a boiled egg in a pan it just lightly steams put a lid on and the contained heat works a lot faster.
It scratches very quickly but if you lift the pans EACH time you wish to re position the pan's not a problem.In this day and age a soft glass top & the way induction pans are constructed a good recipe for inevitable damage? "
