"Very fast delivery with plenty of communication along the way (something that I like with working for an Internet based company myself). The 2 guys who delivered it were very helpful and even left a note for me to remove certain important parts. In addition to this, the instructions for unpacking and setting up the machine were very clear and it was up and running within the Hour. The first thing that caught my eye once it had started a program, was the countdown timer (unique for us after having several washing machines in the past without this feature). I thought this was a welcome addition to the many features we have on today's machines. It is also whisper quiet compared with our last one and doesn't move at all (even when on the fastest spin which is 1400rpm on this model). We are family of 5 (almost all adults) and the loads this machine takes helps a great deal in clearing the mountain of washing.
Overall extremely pleased that we chose this Washing Machine and would recommend it to any family."

"The product is silent even at full speed of 1400rpm. The easy to use controls ate ideal and the huge drum means less washer loads.
The down side was the item was dented on arrival but only noticed after installation. I was not able to return the product to my disappointment and parts are not supplied.
I was however compensated for the damage.

"This washing machine is the best machine ive ever had. The larger drum is great for all the bedding and towels which we have a lot of as we do bed and breakfast. On the fast spin everything comes out nearly dry. I absolutely love the 30/30 programme as well. It's a very quiet spin as well. "

"We love it, but it was too deep to fit in our cupboards. We've a re-fit planned so it's okay but could have been a disaster.
Huge drum is marvellous!"
