"Bought this to replace a previous Russell Hobbs fridge freezer which only lasted 16 months before breaking down and finding the part required was obsolete! Main reasons for purchasing this model was the Samsung brand reputation and the 5 year guarantee which it came with. Does the job perfectly and we are very happy with it. "

"The fridge looks fantastic, and sleek. I used to have a built in fridge, but when that packed up I couldn't find the same size fridge to replace it so had to buy a freestanding. This new fridge looks even better than before.
I live with my partner and for the 2 of us there's plenty of room. There's a great wine rack and the fridge comes with some really nice egg holders. One draw pulls out for easy access, but it was just like pulling out a regular shelf, so I don't bother to use it. I wish the shelf pulled out easily and had shallow sides to it. Also there is no door compartment/shelf with a lid - to stop the cheese and butter from drying out. The crisper is one big compartment, which I prefer.
The fridge is not frost free, but I've been told these last longer than frost free which was a big plus for me. It's also very energy efficient and magnets stick to it.
The only issue is the noise. It's supposed to be very quiet, but it's either dead silent or loud. Loud enough that it bothers me when I'm trying to read a book in the open plan living room. The freezer door has a very powerful seal, even more so when opening and closing often. If your older of weak then this would be a problem.
Overall I absolutely love my fridge. The light is bright enough on the inside, it keeps my food fresh, has plenty of space, and looks so good in my kitchen. The only issue is the noise, but some of the other people on here have said it's very quiet. You can try it and if the noise bothers you then exchange it. But I'm very pleased with my purchase and the delivery men were excellent."
