Good hob..but is not flush with worktop

"This a a nice gas hob..but the glass top will sit few millimeters above the worktop which doesn't look nice and im sure later the dirt will get trapped inside. Was installed by professional, and there a metal part underneath that can't make it flush. Very disappointed. Otherwise good hob."
