"This stainless steel gas hob by Samsung is a great addition to our kitchen. It is classic in design, and should last us for years. It has cast iron pan supports, with a rail track design, for easy movement of pans on top. The supports are very sturdy, and feature little indicators so you can ensure your pan is centralised over each burner. The pan supports are also dishwasher safe, so are easy to keep clean. They have little rubber feet underneath, so you don't have to worry about scratching the stainless steel when you move them, either.
The dials are at the front, meaning the heat is further back and away from the edge of the work surface - a great feature if you've got young children around. They all have an automatic ignition, so you simply press them down and twist to get the flame. It's incredibly easy to adjust the heat by simply twisting from left to right.
There aren't any wells around the burners themselves - so any spillages can't settle and dry, so it is easy to clean in that regard. If there is a lot of liquid spilt, however, please be aware that there is the potential for it to pour onto your work surface as there is nowhere on the hob for it to be caught.
As with all stainless steel appliances, fingermarks are visible, but it's nothing that a quick buff with a microfibre cloth can't solve.
Overall, I think it's a great gas hob, that looks good and does the job well!"

"This is a great hob. Looks nice and heats well. I love using gas so this hob met all my expectations. Having the controls at the front means the gas plates are further back, hence safer when children are in the house. Needs regular cleaning to look nice but its worth it."

"Elegant looking hob. Its has 4 individual cast iron pan supports, making them easy to fit into the washing up sink.
There are no wells around each of the gas burners meaning that when anything boils over it is easy to clean up ( the liquid does not gather in the well)
The burners themselves are easy to light, with a simple turn of the control knob at the front of the hob.
On the downside the hob shows finger marks and smears quite easy as it is stainless steel.
Overall I am really pleased with it."

"First point to note - if you can book install on delivery I would recommend this! Took me ages to locate and book a suitable gas safe engineer, also worth noting although the size may be the same as an old hob once you open the box you will see the dimensions needed for the space required in the work surface, ours required cutting to fit this so if so you need to have suitable cutting tool to adjust the work surface (this also delayed the fitting of ours!) HOWEVER once you have this fitted you will not be disappointed the cast iron pan holders demonstrate the quality, they are heavy and really hold your pans in place with no wobbles, the gas itself is highly controlled and also channelled in a very even spread in appropriate area giving really great evenly spread heat, cooking ability and control, I have really noticed a difference from my old hob and totally recommend this hob! The design and quality of this product is TOP.
