"The Hob itself is amazing can't fault it. However the engineers who can to fit it due to time constraints are given very short appointment slots. As a result the predicted time of out appointment slipped by almost an hour and a half and after the hob was fitted the engineers left without tidying up the mess they had left in the kitchen as they had to get to their next delivery. It's not the engineers fault it's more the system which doesn't give them enough time to do the job properly."
