"Had I known a grill guard had to be hooked on to front of cooker I would have chosen the steel version. It makes it impossible to see food grilling as well as being a nuisance. It is to prevent discolouration of control panel, am guessing steel with black control wouldn't need it. Wish it had been in video or description. I would rather have paid more had I known. Not tried oven yet but burners below floor and at back would be better. Chose this model for higher oven"

"This cooker is good for a single or couple use. Its hobs is great but the oven didn't cook my pizza well. It was still cold in the middle while round the edges was piping. So what i have realised is to put it one gas mark higher than the original cooking temperature of any food and then add extra 3-5 mins to get a desired properly cooked food. The knob numbering are under a bit arkward, but soon got used to it. Grill was good, it cooked my meat well but it downside is its only one setting, just on or off.But overall for the price, its a good buy."
